Walk-In Interview Details
EXL is conducting a direct walk-in interview for HR Onboarding Executive positions.
Date: Monday to Friday (January 30 – 31, 2025)
Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Venue:
EXL, Magarpatta Tower No. 1, Pune
Note: Candidates with relevant experience can directly attend the interview.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct introduction sessions for new hires.
- Guide new employees through company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Operations and internal stakeholders for onboarding activities.
- Scan and digitize joining forms for employee files.
- Verify and cross-check documents for accuracy.
- Follow up with recruiters and documentation SPOCs to resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with Operations teams for attendance tracking and employee ID creation.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification:
- HR MBA Freshers can apply.
- UG / Graduates with relevant experience in onboarding and induction are also eligible.
Experience Required:
- Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience can apply.
Selection Process
The selection process for EXL recruitment includes:
- Shortlisting of candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
- Telephonic or face-to-face interview for shortlisted candidates.
