As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the bridge between our company and its valued customers. You will take full ownership of customer interactions — whether it’s resolving inquiries, addressing complaints, or ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of every engagement.
You’ll be responsible for:

Interacting with customers via phone, email, or chat

Comfortable working in a voice-based or blended process (handling 70+ calls/day)

Willing to travel to Gurgaon for 20 days of paid training

Open to working in a 9 AM – 10 PM shift window (9-hour shift)

Willing to work rotational week-offs

Available to work on-site (no remote options)

Committed to attending the full training period (no leaves allowed during training)
