Job Overview
Role: Human Resources Executive
Type: Full-Time
Shift: Rotational (Morning and Night)
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting core HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation. If you are detail-oriented, a great communicator, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals (Monster, Naukri, Times) and post job listings.
- Screen and shortlist profiles, managing candidate database.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate with interviewers, and assist with employee engagement.
- Support in policy and process development, employee satisfaction surveys, and prepare recruitment reports.
- Handle additional HR tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Any graduate
- Languages: English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus)
- Skills: Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, grievance handling, Provident Fund, and ESIC.
- Experience: No prior experience required; experience is a plus.
Eligibility
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Open to both male and female applicants.
