Job Description
The selected candidates will act as mediators between insurance companies, law firms, and healthcare institutions. The primary responsibility will be to follow up on medical reports of discharged patients and ensure timely report submission.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between insurance companies, legal firms, and medical facilities.
- Follow up on medical reports of discharged patients.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and submission.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Graduate or awaiting final semester results.
- Fresh graduates can apply.
- Work-from-home is not available; candidates must work from the office.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Candidates with BPO/KPO experience will not be considered, as this role is strictly for freshers.
Perks and Benefits
- Salary up to ₹25,000 per month (CTC).
- ₹7,000 gross monthly incentives.
- Fixed PSTI (Process Specific Tenure Incentives) up to ₹5,000 per month.
- Fixed US shift with Saturday and Sunday off.
- Overtime payment for extra working hours.
