Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Address end-to-end inquiries related to health insurance services, including pre-authorization, policy servicing, claim assessment, complaints, and other policy-related queries via live chat or email.
  2. Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers by understanding health insurance policies, procedures, and claim processes.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of AXA Health Insurance claims, including policy servicing, underwriting, pre-authorization, claim assessment, complaints handling, and provider sourcing.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer queries and escalate cases when necessary.
  5. Document member interactions accurately for tracking and reporting purposes.
  6. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Keep updated with new products, services, and policies offered by the company.
  8. Meet productivity targets by handling a minimum of two concurrent chats while maintaining high-quality service.
  9. Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher and meet response time targets (2 minutes for live chat and less than 24 hours for emails).
  10. Demonstrate a customer-centric approach by maintaining a positive and professional attitude during all interactions.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in any specialization.
  • Typing Proficiency: 40-60 words per minute.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English, as interaction will be with UK-based customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and web browser environments.
  • Work Schedule: Rotational shifts with two weekly offs.
  • Experience: Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Note: Candidates with a technical educational background are not eligible for this role.
