Position Details:
- Position: Junior Executive – Non Motor Claims

Job Responsibilities:
- Claims Processing: Scrutiny and processing of non-motor claims for settlement
- Claims Handling: Managing co-insurance claims, including reconciliation of incoming claims
- Customer Queries: Addressing claims-related queries from branch offices and other insurers
- IT Coordination: Collaborate with IT for issue resolutions and new developments
- Reporting: Prepare reports and coordinate with the MIS and Analytics team
- Document Verification: Ensure claims align with policy terms and prepare claim notes for approval
- Data Management: Generate MIS reports and support audit activities
- Stakeholder Interaction: Attend meetings and coordinate with various stakeholders for smooth operations
Skills Required:
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi and Marathi preferred
- Technical Skills:
- Strong MS Excel abilities
- Proficiency in email communication
- Handling customer queries and providing resolutions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
- Experience: Freshers are welcome. Relevant experience is an advantage.
