Collections Target: Achieve collection targets by visiting customers or coordinating with agencies.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
Legal Compliance: Ensure legal guidelines are followed during product repossession.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
Issue Resolution: Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
Daily Risk Report Management: Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).
Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
Case Tracking: Track cases to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
Portfolio Management: Manage debt portfolios effectively.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with debt collection.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage teams effectively.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with internal and external clients and manage vendor relationships.

Educational Qualification:

Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Required:

Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience are encouraged to apply.
