Job Description

  • Ability to prioritize and complete own workload with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a conscientious approach to work.
  • Good decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key customers and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Handle telephone inquiries from customers and provide product alternatives where necessary.
  • Manage group mailbox and ensure timely order processing and responses to inquiries.
  • Raise tickets for customer data updates.
  • Process credit notes for price or delivery discrepancies.
  • Log customer feedback, follow up on tickets, and provide timely responses.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel regarding product distribution, shipping, and returns.
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the Customer Service Team Leader.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, the commercial team, and internal functions.
  • Provide cross-country cover for team members when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience Required: Over 1 year of experience in B2B CS Account Order to Cash or similar experience.
  • Freshers or experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience can also apply.

Certifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Customer Service, Account Order to Cash, or a similar role.

Candidates will be selected based on:

  • Shortlisting
  • Telephonic or field interview

Salary

Salary will be based on interview performance and previous experience.

Required Language Skills

Mandatory:

  • English
  • Hindi (Good English communication skills are essential)
