Job Overview:
DBS Bank, a leader in consumer banking, is hiring for Officer, Customer Service Officer positions in its Consumer Banking Group for Pune. This is a full-time, office-based role with rotational shifts (morning and night). DBS offers a wide range of banking products and services, such as deposits, credit cards, personal loans, and more, helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies for all banking transactions.
- Handle cash and transfer transactions, cheque processing, and clearing.
- Process customer requests, including new account openings, transaction updates, and service inquiries (balances, transaction details, fees).
- Address customer queries and grievances within defined timelines, escalating when necessary.
- Assist customers with banking services like demand drafts, pay orders, bills, and other financial instruments.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Good computer skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Banking or Commerce
- Experience: 2-4 years of banking experience
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
