Role & Responsibilities:

- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer suggestions or complaints to help improve services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed customer service standards for high satisfaction levels.
Key Requirements:
- Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1 level) with basic English skills (B2 level).
- Customer Focus: Strong dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical and creative in resolving customer issues.
- Empathy: Understand and empathize with customer needs.
- Team Player: Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to rotating shifts and dynamic schedules.
- Computer Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and other computer systems.
Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Diploma holder
- Age Requirement: 18 – 35 years
- Experience: Not mandatory; however, prior experience is an advantage.
