Role & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails, ensuring courteous and prompt responses.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues efficiently, from inquiries about flights to claims and lost baggage.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer suggestions or complaints to help improve services.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Meet or exceed customer service standards for high satisfaction levels.

Key Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1 level) with basic English skills (B2 level).
  • Customer Focus: Strong dedication to exceptional customer service.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical and creative in resolving customer issues.
  • Empathy: Understand and empathize with customer needs.
  • Team Player: Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility: Adaptable to rotating shifts and dynamic schedules.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable using CRM software and other computer systems.

Eligibility:

  • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate, Graduate, or Diploma holder
  • Age Requirement: 18 – 35 years
  • Experience: Not mandatory; however, prior experience is an advantage.
