IndusInd Bank is looking for energetic individuals for the position of Business Development Manager. The role focuses on outbound sales, including sourcing new customers from the open market and managing sales of CASA (Current Account, Savings Account) products and more.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers for the bank by building business relationships.
- Target high-net-worth individuals for banking products.
- Increase customer base by developing relationships with existing customers.
- Promote and sell banking products like CASA, Debit/Credit cards, Insurance, and Asset products.
- Travel locally to find new customers in the open market for sales.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate
- Age: 18 to 35 years
- Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in open market sales, ideally in banking products.
- Candidates from other industries with a flair for open market sales are also welcome to apply.
Skills Required:
- Languages:
- Mandatory: English, Hindi
- Optional: Marathi (advantageous)
Selection Process:

- Interview: Telephonic or in-person field interview.
