Job Responsibilities:
- Confirm flight ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) from OCC or Navitaire system.
- Coordinate with Apron for the bay number and communicate it to relevant stations via radio.
- Arrive at the bay 20 minutes before the flight with the necessary equipment.
- Record touchdown and chock times and communicate them over the radio.
- Align the ramp properly for flight operations.
- Ensure there are enough coaches for deplaning passengers and make sure baggage reaches the arrival area before passengers.
- Supervise cleaning and announce boarding clearance from the cabin crew.
- Make sure the aircraft is loaded as per the Loading Instruction Report from the Load and Trim team.
- After flight departure, return all equipment to the transport yard.
- Complete ramp documentation.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and on-time operations during the flight.
