About the Role: Relationship Manager – Branch Banking
IndusInd Bank is hiring Relationship Managers to join our dynamic Branch Banking team across the Pune region. This role involves managing the existing customer portfolio, acquiring new clients, and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional relationship management and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the liability base (CASA/FD) of the bank through relationship deepening.
- Acquire new clients via leads and family account groupings.
- Sell bank and third-party products (asset, wealth, etc.) to enhance revenue per client.
- Provide comprehensive servicing of client banking needs, including cross-selling new products.
- Increase product holding among the mapped client base.
- Participate actively in campaigns to promote liability and other products.
- Maintain high compliance standards in line with the bank’s processes.
Education and Work Experience
- Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably with exposure to financial subjects.
- Experience:
- 3-7 years of relevant work experience in the banking industry.
- 2-3 years as a Relationship Manager, managing portfolios and serving an existing customer base, is preferred.
Desired Skills and Traits
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and processes.
- Strong relationship management and client servicing skills.
- Self-motivated with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to fast-growing environments, and handle crisis situations efficiently.
- Candidates with an existing set of customers are highly preferred.
