Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints.
- Ensure closure of tickets and emails within the prescribed TAT (Turnaround Time).
- Respond to approximately 120 emails/day and 30-40 calls.
- Upsell products to existing customers.
- Manage inbound calls during business exigencies.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of at least two regional languages: Hindi, Marathi.
