Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through live chat support.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and proactively engage in sales via chat.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain the highest service standards.
Skills & Competency Requirements:
- Mandatory: Experience in live chat processes, customer services, or the telecom industry.
- Mandatory: Upselling or proactive sales experience in live chat.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Active listening skills: Patience and attentiveness without interruptions.
- Problem-solving mindset with a logical approach to address customer concerns.
- Team player: Ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Achievement-oriented with a focus on personal performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Minimum qualification – 12th Pass. Graduates are also eligible to apply.
- Experience: Candidates with relevant chat process experience will be preferred.
