Job Description

The Executive – BFS Direct will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of cash policy, customer service, and operational compliance. The role involves handling day-to-day operations, customer interactions, and administrative responsibilities in adherence to company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Cash Management
    • Implementation and continuous evaluation of cash policies to ensure compliance with the Authority Matrix at assigned branches.
    • Daily cash collection, updating, and deposition.
    • Preparing daily cash collection reports and sharing them with the Head Office.
  2. Customer Service
    • Attending walk-in customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinating with HO/TCS to address and resolve customer queries within the stipulated TAT.
    • Collecting customer feedback on services and products.
  3. Operations and Reporting
    • Updating and verifying agency collections.
    • Reporting location-specific cash and customer service details on a daily basis.
    • Assisting with branch administrative tasks as per company policies and requirements.
  4. Cross-Selling
    • Promoting and cross-selling insurance and other financial products to walk-in customers.
  5. Additional Responsibilities
    • In some locations, assisting with credit-related responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Education:
    • Undergraduate: Any Graduate
    • Postgraduate: MBA/PGDM in any specialization (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 0–3 years of relevant experience.
    • Prior experience in consumer financing with a reputed bank/financial institution will be an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Strong customer interaction and problem-solving abilities.
    • Positive attitude and a team player.
    • Knowledge of cash collection, compliance matrices, and customer satisfaction metrics.
