Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- Education: Any Graduates (15 years of formal education required)
- Experience: 2 to 5 years
- Shift Timings: 24/7 rotational shifts
- Job Location: Pune
Preferred Skills and Expertise
1. Order Management
- Strong communication skills with experience handling client stakeholders.
- Experience in Order Management, Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, MDM, or Claims & Dispute Management.
- Familiarity with SAP (preferred).
- Willingness to work from the office and in rotational shifts (e.g., early morning for APAC, night shifts for US).
- Experience managing end-to-end processes in Order Management, Claims, and Disputes.
- Shift: APAC (05:30 AM to 2:45 PM)
2. Master Data Management (MDM)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders.
- Experience managing Master Data (e.g., Pricing Master, Customer Master).
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP and web-based tools.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Understanding of KPIs/SLAs.
- Supply chain knowledge and reporting/analytic abilities (preferred).
- Shift: US (6:30 PM to 3:45 AM)
3. Claims Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Claims and Disputes management.
- Knowledge of Reason Codes and claims status reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with process transformation is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems like SAP.
- Understanding of KPIs/SLAs and supply chain knowledge (preferred).
- Shift: US (6:30 PM to 3:45 AM)

- Venue: Infosys BPM, Hinjewadi, Pune
