Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent communication and customer service skills to resolve client issues via calls, chat, or mail.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer issues independently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain respect for customers’ time and provide value in all interactions.
- Work proactively with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Adhere to 24×7 work environment and work-from-office policies.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications:
- Any graduate (Full-time).
- Additional certifications in customer service/upskilling are preferred.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support (international voice process preferred).
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings and complete client-specific training programs.
- 100% work-from-office role, with flexible shifts in a 24×7 environment.

- Updated resume (printed).
- Any two photo ID proofs (e.g., PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport).
- All original education documents for verification, including:
- 10th, 12th, Graduation (Semester-wise Marksheets, CMM, Provisional, and Original Degree).
