Detailed Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Logistics Management:
- Check workload using the Open Receipt Worksheet (RWS)
- Review Open Yellow Tags (YT) and Damage Material Tags (DMT)
- Prioritize and manage pending tasks in inbound logistics
- Coordinate vehicle deployment for inward logistics with Distribution Centers (DCs)
- Stock and Inventory Management:
- Ensure proper stock norms and put-away of stocks
- Conduct regular put-away audits and maintain 5S standards in the Inward Area
- Reorder packaging material as required
- Reporting and Safety:
- Prepare and submit KPI reports
- Conduct daily exception reviews with customers
- Adhere to safety standards and ensure team compliance with SOPs and Work Instructions
- Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Participate in Kaizen, Quality Circle (QC) projects, and Six Sigma initiatives
- Ensure conservation of natural resources during operations
- Asset and Information Management:
- Maintain and ensure proper condition of allocated assets
- Manage information flow within shifts and teams
- Report daily inward status to management
Critical Competencies
- Experience in relevant industry and warehouse operations
- Knowledge of inbound logistics, inventory control, and supply chain operations
