- Comfortable with rotational shifts (including night shifts).

Responsibilities:
- Assist end-users with application, system, or network issues.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve IT incidents via phone, chat, email, or walk-ins.
- Escalate tickets requiring urgent attention.
- Log and document all activities and resolutions in the incident management tool.
- Handle and resolve helpdesk requests.
