HIRING ALERT: General Ledger R2R Analyst
WNS is actively looking for a General Ledger R2R Analyst to join our team at Pune (Magarpatta location). If you have 3-5 years of experience in fixed assets, accruals, intercompany transactions, and GL accounting, this could be the opportunity for you!
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant R2R experience.
- Work Setup: Comfortable working in night shifts and from the office.
- Skills: Strong communication skills.
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and drive operational functions across the business, ensuring compliance with deliverables.
- Coordinate and facilitate operational initiatives.
- Perform GL Accounting tasks, including:
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
- Bank Reconciliations.
- Fixed Assets Register maintenance and reconciliation.
- Intercompany transactions, journal entries, and financial reporting.
- Ensure the preparation of standard and ad-hoc journal entries per defined quality parameters.
- Clear suspense open items and follow up with relevant groups for resolution.
- Prepare and review Monthly/Quarterly Reporting and Balance Sheet Analysis.
- Exhibit accuracy, efficiency, and organization in daily responsibilities.
- Adapt to new processes and skills efficiently while working within a team environment.
- Ensure SLA compliance and manage individual/team deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to team members as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Finance & Accounting (F&A) function.
- At least 3 years of experience in GL Accounting & Management.
- Proficiency in SAP and related financial tools.
