- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, chat platforms, and CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Problem-solving, multitasking, and team collaboration.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice or chat support.
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools.
- Multilingual skills (optional, based on market needs).
Working Conditions
- Hours: 10 hours per day (9 working hours + 1-hour break).
- Shifts: Flexible, mostly starting between 12:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.
- Weekend Work: Applicable.
