Role Overview: Customer Service – Process Associate (Voice and Chat)

As a BPS Associate, you will engage with customers through voice and chat channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction across multiple interaction points.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support (Voice & Chat)

  • Handle voice calls and chat interactions professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as necessary.

2. Issue Resolution

  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Record interactions and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.

3. Service Quality and Adherence

  • Meet key performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, FCR).
  • Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Work with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.

5. Continuous Learning & Development

  • Stay updated with product knowledge.
  • Attend training programs to enhance skills and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, BPS, or call center roles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software, chat platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Soft Skills: Problem-solving, multitasking, and team collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice or chat support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service tools.
  • Multilingual skills (optional, based on market needs).

Working Conditions

  • Hours: 10 hours per day (9 working hours + 1-hour break).
  • Shifts: Flexible, mostly starting between 12:30 PM IST to 12:30 AM IST.
  • Weekend Work: Applicable.
