Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Com, BBA, or BMS graduates from the 2024 batch.
- Experience: Freshers (0-2 years) with a background in purchase management.
- Note: BE/B.Tech/MBA graduates are not eligible.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders.
- Analyze vendor quotations and negotiate for cost-effective deals.
- Maintain MIS reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Handle online FMCG and grocery business purchases.
- Ensure replenishment of stock and manage inventory.
- Execute vendor management and category-based marketing activities for in-app merchandising.
Key Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong skills in procurement, vendor management, and stock management.
- Good understanding of inventory replenishment processes.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Interview Rounds
- Aptitude Test: Includes Mathematics from State Board or NCERT syllabus.
- HR Round: General interaction and assessment.
- Department Round: Technical and role-specific discussion.
