Job Description
As a Sales Officer – Home Loan, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving business targets, and building strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, and builders. Your role will involve ensuring maximum sales penetration and compliance with all company regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales numbers and achieve business targets for home loans.
- Maximize sales through a network of DSAs by managing connector and builder relationships.
- Increase penetration in Approved Project Finance (APF) projects.
- Align with the team for on-ground lead generation activities.
- Ensure compliance with Audit/NHB regulations and maintain proper documentation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in home loan sales.
- MBA Freshers (Marketing/Sales) with knowledge of home loans/mortgages can also apply.
