Job Description Schindler Recruitment 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Existing Installation (EI) team in tracking and resolving process deviations.
- Provide training and user support for service operations.
- Track and monitor service contracts, leads, and opportunities along with performance indicators.
- Generate and present dashboards and MIS reports to branch and head office teams.
- Coordinate with customers to collect order-related documents.
- Perform documentation, completeness, and compliance checks for service contracts and orders.
- Assist in the management of all EI service contracts and orders.
- Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to resolve contract-related concerns.
Skills and Qualifications
Education Requirements
- Graduate Degree or equivalent qualification.
Language Skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Local language proficiency is an added advantage.
Experience Requirements Schindler Recruitment 2025
- 0-2 years of experience in process execution, service operations, or portfolio support.
- Prior experience in engineering companies or shared service settings is preferred.
- Experience in contract analysis and documentation.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management (ESM) tools is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills are required; PowerPoint knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience working with SAP is preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
