Job Description:
- Support the billing team in day-to-day operations.
- Responsible for timely billing for Voice International & India wholesale customers.
- Maintain accounting of vendor invoices and billing turnaround time (TAT) using billing tools.
- Ensure accurate invoice processing, resolve discrepancies in coordination with internal teams (EBA, GBS support, and Sales).
- Follow up with internal teams and vendors through email to resolve disputes and process claims.
- Ensure invoice accounting and dispute resolution within the set TAT.
- Support automation efforts for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (UG/PG).
- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills: Basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel and Outlook.
- Languages: English, Hindi (mandatory); Marathi (optional).
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
