Job Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) to interact professionally with clients.
- Have in-depth knowledge and proficiency in transaction processing functions.
- Understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims, and policy servicing.
- Comprehend complex requests and draft free-format letters.
- Participate in team-level projects and contribute to process improvements.

Experience Required:
- Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience are eligible to apply.
