  • Client Success Manager
  • Business Change Coordinator

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities:

Client Success Manager

  • Handle sales of PLM solutions (software/services) from multiple vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and manage multiple accounts.
  • Focus on generating revenue using strategic approaches in various markets.
  • Sell technology solutions to resolve high-level business issues.
  • Answer technical/business queries and align support for clients.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and networking abilities
  • Technical knowledge to answer high-level business questions
  • Experience in managing client relationships

Business Change Coordinator

  • Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and suppliers for solution models and documentation.
  • Identify stakeholders and manage deployment activities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop project vision and engage stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact assessments and prepare for deployment.
  • Coordinate with business analysts/HR teams for organizational impact assessments.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work independently
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Eligibility:

Educational Qualification:

  • Client Success Manager: Graduate in any discipline with 3 years of experience in technical sales.
  • Business Change Coordinator: Graduate in any discipline (freshers can apply).

Age Limit:
18 to 35 years


Selection Process:

  • Shortlisting based on qualifications
  • Interview (Telephonic or in-person)
