Overview
Tech Mahindra is excited to announce openings for the International Voice Process position in Pune. We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
- Manage order processing and email communication.
- Resolve customer issues, especially related to billing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in inbound call processes is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
- Skills Required:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset.
Educational Qualifications
- Graduation is not required.
Age Requirement
- Candidates aged 18 to 35 can apply.
