About the Position
Tech Mahindra is hiring for the International Chat Process role in Pune. Candidates will work in customer service, handling live chat interactions for international clients.
Job Type: Full-Time, Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Morning/Night), including a 15-hour US work window (6 PM – 9:30 AM IST)
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are also eligible
- Experience: Not required, but experience in customer service or the telecom industry is a plus
- Age: 18-35 years
- Gender: Open to all
- Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills—attentive, patient, and non-interruptive
- Achievement-oriented, focused on performance
- Ability to build relationships with customers and team members
- Problem-solving skills and logical thinking
- Experience with upselling/proactive sales in live chat (preferred)
