Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Listen to customers to understand their problems or needs, ask appropriate follow-up questions, and provide specific information on products and services.
  • Resolve international customer queries effectively.
  • Ensure customer needs are met by following up to confirm satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
  • Maintain professionalism, ensuring customers feel heard and valued while effectively communicating updates and solutions.
  • Provide chat support to help customers receive prompt and accurate information, increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduation is not required.

Experience Required:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience can apply.

Selection Process

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a telephonic or field interview via registered mobile number or email.

Salary

  • As per interview performance and last experience.

Language Requirements

  • Mandatory: English & Hindi (Good English Communication Skills Required)
  • Preferred (Not Mandatory): Marathi
