Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Must be immediate joiners.
- Comfortable with night shifts and rotational schedules.
- Applicants must reside within 25 km of Wipro Pune Hinjewadi office (cab boundary).
- Must have all relevant experience documents (offer letter, pay slips, relieving letter) if experienced.
- Candidates must provide valid government documents such as Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and educational qualification certificates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Undergraduates and Graduates both can apply.
- Experience: 0-4 years in a BPO/Call Center environment handling International Calls (US/UK).
- Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Prior chat support or insurance experience preferred.
- Willing to work 24×7 shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business needs.
