Position Details:
- Position: Associate/Sr. Associate
- Job Location: Pune (Work from Office)
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift Timings: Rotational (Morning & Night Shifts)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Provide prompt solutions to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Assist with product or service-related questions, account inquiries, and more.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of WNS products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Document customer interactions and keep records accurate.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Upsell and cross-sell services when required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting team and individual targets.
- Willingness to work night shifts as part of a 24/7 work schedule.
- Languages: Must know English and Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Note: BE/BTech/MCA graduates are not eligible for this role).
- Experience: No prior experience required.
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years.
