  • Prior experience in insurance operations is mandatory (L&P experience will be an added advantage)

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure that internal targets for TAT are met. If any task cannot be completed on time, escalate the issue to the Team Leader.
  • Adhere to team activities timelines and maintain operational discipline.
  • Ensure that legal and compliance errors are minimized to zero.
  • Participate in process knowledge tests and attend refresher training sessions regularly.
  • Meet SLA requirements for internal processes and maintain accurate work log sheets daily.
  • Maintain leave management and ensure proper coordination with team members.
  • Follow scheduling guidelines and maintain punctuality in all assigned activities.
  • Generate and implement process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure that no unnecessary exceptions are forwarded for processing.
  • Aim for maximum customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality work.
  • Establish strong peer-to-peer relationships with both onshore and offshore teams.
  • Maintain transparent and frequent communication with supervisors and adhere to the agreed communication plan.
  • Actively participate in Brainwave activities to drive operational efficiency.
  • Ensure appropriate and timely escalations to superiors when required.
  • Promote a positive team culture by giving credit to others and maintaining a collaborative work environment.
  • Accept feedback positively and demonstrate improvement.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and error analysis to prevent future mistakes.
