Job Description
As an Associate Specialist Collector, you will interact with small-dollar-value customers, primarily through phone and other channels, to ensure timely invoice payments and resolve any billing disputes. Key responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers with overdue accounts and handling inbound queries related to invoices, delivery receipts, and more.
- Providing exceptional customer service in every interaction to meet collection goals.
- Coordinating with other departments to gather documents and information for dispute resolution.
- Uploading relevant documents to customer websites when required.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Regular contact with customers to ensure payments and manage any queries or disputes.
- Documentation: Timely and accurate documentation within a fast-paced collections department.
- Support: Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing issues efficiently.
Required Skills
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Clarity: Ability to write clearly and informatively for effective correspondence.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Experience: No experience required, but previous experience is a plus.
