Job Description
Altruist is hiring for Inbound and Outbound Voice Process in the Health Insurance domain. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates to work in a professional environment with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls for health insurance inquiries.
- Providing accurate information regarding insurance policies and assisting customers with their queries.
- Ensuring high-quality customer service and resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage customer queries efficiently through voice support.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to company guidelines.
- Work in a dynamic environment and meet performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Educational Qualification
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Freshers can apply.
Experience Required
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with previous customer service experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,700 – ₹16,200 in-hand per month + Incentives.
