Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys and assess losses.
- Coordinate with insured clients for claim documentation and processing.
- Monitor claim processes from registration to settlement.
- Collaborate with repairers for settlement and payment reconciliation.
- Build relationships with internal and external customers.

- Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience can apply.
