- Full-time graduates from any discipline
- Additional certifications in customer service (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level resolution to customers and ensure their satisfaction.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy, prompt responses, and effective communication.
- Build rapport with customers through active listening and attention to detail.
- Handle customer objections and concerns efficiently for smooth resolutions.
- Document and track customer interactions in the service management system.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training and upskilling programs.
Must Adhere and Non-Negotiables
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings and 24×7 flexible shifts.
- 100% Work from Office (WFO); hybrid arrangements are not available.
- Completion of specific training programs as set by the client.
Preferred Qualifications
- Any graduate with additional certifications in customer service or relevant skill enhancement.

- Any 2 photo identity proofs (PAN Card/Driving License/Voter’s ID/Passport).
- All original educational documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation – semester-wise marksheets, CMM, provisional, and original degree).

- An original government-issued ID card is mandatory for security clearance.
