Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Exciting opportunity in Collections/Insurance Verification.
- Required skills: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), AR Calling, Medical Billing, Insurance Verification, Denial Management, Client Interactions.
- Work on the provider’s side to ensure smooth processing of healthcare claims.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve queries efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Any Graduate
Experience Required:
- Freshers and experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience can apply.
Selection Process
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on qualifications.
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a telephonic or field interview via registered mobile number or email.
Salary
- As per interview performance and last experience.
Language Requirements
- Mandatory: English & Hindi (Good English Communication Skills Required)
