Role Overview:
Position: Process Associate
In this role, you will be working in the Insurance (Life & Pensions) domain. You’ll handle process support and will need to be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise: Experience in Life & Pensions and Annuities is preferred.
- Shift Flexibility: Should be willing to work in morning or night shifts.
- Communication: Must possess excellent communication skills and be able to articulate clearly.
Required Skills:
- Experience: 1-4 years of team-leading experience in a related field.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance processes, particularly Life & Pensions (L&P), is beneficial.
- Communication: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Eligibility:
- Education: Graduate
- Age: 18 to 35 years.
- Languages: English and Hindi (mandatory); Marathi (optional).
- Experience: 1-4 years of team-leading experience.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting: Based on qualifications.
- Interview: Telephonic or in-person interviews for shortlisted candidates.
