Job Description
As an International Voice Process Executive, you will act as a mediator between insurance companies, law firms, and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibility will be to retrieve medical reports of discharged patients from hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities within the specified time frame.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to medical facilities, doctors’ offices, and healthcare providers to retrieve medical records.
- Navigate through medical records systems efficiently to locate and obtain the requested information.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of medical records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure timely documentation retrieval.
- Maintain detailed records of medical records retrieval activities and document all interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of records to clients.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process.
- Gap in employment should not exceed 6 months.
