Job Description: Customer Service – Voice Process

As a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process) at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless customer interactions, resolving queries, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through voice support, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Utilize Google Sheets, Google Docs, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word for documentation and case tracking.
  • Validate caller identity to maintain customer data security.
  • Initiate effective and timely written communication with customers.
  • Accurately capture customer interactions, notes, and relevant case details using web-based applications.
  • Submit dispute claims forms for further investigation within regulatory timelines.
  • Adhere to all company policies while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Participate in training sessions and execute action plans from coaching sessions.
  • Continuously improve service quality according to Quality Assurance (QA) guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, preferably in a voice process.
  • Comfortable working in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts.
  • Experience in FinTech or Crypto-related customer service is an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle queries independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • High levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
  • Attention to detail, customer profiling, and pattern identification.
