As a Process Associate, you will work with India’s leading airline to manage passenger services and ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Ticketing and Reservations: Handling ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring accuracy in passenger details.
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and services.
- Data Management: Recording transactions and generating management reports.
