Today, D-Mart has a well-established presence in 381 locations across 30 cities in 11 states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, NCR, and Punjab. Job Profile:
- Manage 4-5 stores.
- Each store has approximately 150 staff members and a floor area of 20,000 square feet, with 10,000 SKUs.
- Routine Activities: Handle customer complaints, release vendor payments, approve expenses (up to a specified limit), conduct floor walk updates, oversee GRN, receiving, and coordinate with the distribution center.
- Monitor stock preparation, guide store managers, and coordinate for accurate and timely stock takes.
- Review daily PI and provide inputs/suggestions to store managers.
- Supervise store preparations for festivals and promotions.
- Conduct mid-term reviews and performance appraisals for officers and managers.
- Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities with store teams.
- Recommend promotions and transfers of store staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety processes for employees and store assets.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and government officials for smooth store openings and operations.
- Plan media strategies for stores during different seasons.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Prior experience in chat-based customer service preferred.
- Insurance experience will be an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- UG: Any Graduate
- PG: Any Postgraduate
- Freshers & experienced candidates with outbound contact center experience can apply.
