Job Description

Educational Qualification:

• D. Pharm / B. Pharm

Experience:

• 2-5 years in a similar role

Shifts:

• Compulsory rotational shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines to customers accurately.
• Enter medicine orders in the software and issue bills.
• Prepare manual bills for OPD & IPD patients when required.
• Maintain shortage record books and inform the senior pharmacist for stock replenishment.
• Handle drug refunds from patients.
• Receive materials from the main store and organize them as per protocols.
• Keep communication records updated in the communication register.
• Identify and remove non-moving and near-expiry drugs regularly.
• Adhere to departmental SOPs and Good Pharmacy Practices (GPP).
• Coordinate with the Purchase department for GRAs/GRNs.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Preferred Skills:

• Medicine handling and dispensing
• Pharmacy practice in a hospital setting
• Stock management and report preparation
• Critical care and cath lab experience (preferred)
