Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a US Healthcare Blended Process involving customer support and data handling.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
• Maintain accuracy in documentation and process compliance.
• Work in a US shift schedule with Saturday and Sunday fixed off.
• Manage tasks independently with self-travel arrangements.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle customer interactions efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and process large amounts of data.
• Prior experience in healthcare or customer support is an advantage.

Education and Qualifications

• Undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Candidates with healthcare domain knowledge will be preferred.
