Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process), you will handle UK Home Broadband customer queries via voice support. Your role involves resolving customer concerns, enhancing service experiences, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Handle customer queries via voice support and resolve them efficiently.
✔ Identify and offer appropriate service solutions, including upselling opportunities.
✔ Ensure First Call Resolution (FCR) and meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
✔ Conduct thorough investigations to address customer dissatisfaction and process failures.
✔ Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency.
✔ Align with Vodafone’s vision and goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in an International Inbound Voice Process.
✔ Experience in upselling and cross-selling (Must).
Basic Broadband knowledge is an added advantage.
✔ Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving customer issues effectively.
✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream (Undergraduate or Postgraduate).
✔ High levels of computer literacy.
✔ Previous experience in the telecom or ISP industry is an advantage.
✔ Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service.
✔ Willingness to attend training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) from the office location.
