About the Role
Accenture is hiring for the Payroll Voice (Contact Center – Query Management) role. Candidates with prior experience in international/domestic HR operations and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll queries through voice-based support.
- Address and resolve employee concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless query resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience Required: 2 to 7 years in HR operations.
- Skills: Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Shift Timings: US Shift (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM, 9.5 hours working).
- Work Days: Monday to Friday (Work from Office).
