Job Description
We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills and experience in handling voice processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Role Responsibilities:
- Handling international voice processes for UK and Australia time zones.
- Providing exceptional customer support through inbound and outbound calls.
- Managing customer queries, retention, troubleshooting, and upselling services.
- Adhering to process guidelines and maintaining service quality.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- HSC/Graduates.
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice processes (BPO).
- Experience in sales, retention, upselling, troubleshooting, or technical inbound/outbound preferred.
Other Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Age: 18 to 42 years.
Shift Details
- Rotational shifts (5 working days and 2 weekly offs).
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹6.00 LPA + Unlimited Incentives.
